Both Katie and John were both professional and attentive to my shipping needs. John went over the shipping instructions that were sent, communicated back to me as to what he was to do and I was on my way. My apologies if I misspelled John's name.

I can't begin to explain how much I love this location. The most helpful UPS store I've ever been to. I had the pleasure of dealing with John assistant manager and Kevin (if I remember that correctly) Store Manager. I went in with something really big that I had to ship back due to the passing of a family member and they were more than empathetic. They helped my family and I repackage the item and seal it up correctly. They spent about 35 mins trying to figure out the best way the send the item without it getting damaged on the way back to the merchant. You guys are really great, thank you again for making our week a little easier. Appreciate you.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went here yesterday. The store has changed hands recently and the 2 men working here (one was the owner, one was the manager) were friendly, polite, helpful and quick. I had a few people in line ahead of me and it went very fast! What a big change from the last time I was here. Highly recommend them, and they do Amazon returns - Bonus!

I'd like to say my family and I have been going to this store for our shipping needs for quite a while, we have had some bad experiences and some pleasant ones. My elderly mother spoke about her experience with two gentleman she states she believed one was named Derek and the other man had glasses but she stated had no name badge.. long story short she said how enthusiastic they were to work and how helpful and polite they were. In a world full of madness these two brave men working went above and beyond and made my mothers experience a memorable one. I just wanted to give them a shout out and the recognition they deserve during these times. Thank you guys!!!
