Nice and clean. Right by the beach. The best bathrooms and really nice showers. With hot water.. One of the cleanest showers and bathroom I seen in a Washington State park.. 20 stars for you Twins campground.

We stayed at Twin Harbors State Park for one day and a night, the week of Labor Day Weekend. Went with friends in their 40 foot RV. Whoo Hoo!! Were lucky to get a space. We just love Washington State Ocean Beaches! From the RV camp site, it was maybe 10 or 20 minute walk to the beach. Very powerful. Very windy. Wear a hoody to protect your ears. Very beautiful. Flew a kite, crashed a kite, lost my shoes, collected pebbles, skippers, sand dollars.... When you go, make sure to have a small pack with bottled water, and wear closed toe slip on shoes, so when u get to the sand, u can kick them off, and just run! Watch the seagulls. Over head, and on the ground. If they are gathering, there may be something interesting to check out. Enjoy!

We stayed 5 days here in September. The best thing to do in this area is go to the beach. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the Full Hookup RV spots, super close! It was awesome to be so near. Also very close by is a beach access point to drive your car on the beach. The RV spots have grass and water/sewer/30amp electric. There is a bathroom very close but only has one shower stall. It will be a more pleasant experience if you are a self contained unit as the shower facility leaves a lot to be desired. You have to buy Washington State Coins to operate the shower, 1 2 coins, 2 coins 6 minutes (this is common in State Parks). It takes at least a full minute for the water to get even slightly warm enough to stand under and after that it feels like using the word \warm\ is just too strong of a word. You want to get in and out of the shower as fast as possible. Overall the location next to the beach was awesome. It felt like we had our own private beach, there were so few people! The 4 star is due to the poor shower facility.

We stayed in cabin 1 and our friends were in 2 and 3. Each one had a fire pit with a fold-down grate and picnic table on a concrete patio. Pretty close to the bathrooms but not close enough to be smelly. The bathrooms are flush toilets and running water in the sinks, and they have a token machine for showers. My friend said the shower was hot and very nice with a jet above and to the side. There were outdoor water stations with potable water. The cabin had indoor lights and outdoor lights, outlets, and a heater (we didn't use the heater). There was a futon (full, I think) and a bunk bed with a twin over full bed. There was also a table with chairs and a trash can. The campground is not quiet, but it's nice for families. They had signs up saying you must wear a mask in the bathrooms due to covid, and it seemed like 80% of people ignored the signs, so that was a concern. The beach is very nice. Very windy right there, so bring your stakes if you have a pop up beach tent. We went on a sunny afternoon and a foggy morning, and it was gorgeous in both conditions. We found a completely intact sand dollar and some shells. Lots of trucks on the beach, but they kept to themselves. We walked from the campground the first day, and parked in the lot the second (you can pay right there, or if you already have a discover pass that works.) The beach parking lot there also has bathrooms. All in all very nice for our group of couples with young kids. The tent, yurt, and RV sites looked nice, too.

Great razor clamming opportunity when in season! Don't bother if tide is higher than -1 though
