This place is AMAZING very neat and clean. They are very organized and work very hard to keep their clients happy...and they succeed! They are nice and sympathetic. I will always come back and they made a miracle to my hair!! I spent a good half hour here but it was worth it!! thank you so much ️ I will definitely come back!!

Hallee cut my hair very well. Nerves from the usual salon experience turned out great this time! I can look in the mirror alllll the time and enjoy my cut. Thanks!!!
I had a very nice experience here however I don’t think I expressed myself to exactly what I wanted I wanted a little bit more highlighting so next time no big deal. The staff was wonderful the cut and color was wonderful people treated me very well.
The experience with the management is absolutely horrible. You would think that costumer service and keeping the client happy is their aim, you are wrong. It's all about the money here. I had keratin treatment done here and my hair did not change. I have to still blow dry and flat iron my hair to make it straight even after the treatment and I also have massive hair fall. I spoke to Blair who is the manager who is not very responsive and is dismissive. It took two weeks and threats just to get her on the phone and we still have not reached a conclusion on how I will be reimbursed. All is well until you have a peoblem. Once you do , all the best dealing with management. Look at the responses from the manger on Google. It takes them 2 years just to apologize!! U decide!!
Had color done by Bried Veteri for the first time . She did an incredible job! I am so happy with the final result and will 100% be going back. Salon was very professional and Bried is the best! Highly recommend!
I went here with a Groupon for a keratin treatment. After discussing with Ariel, the stylist I decided this treatment was not for me. She was so kind and offered to do a conditioning treatment and blew my hair out in a gentle and timely manor. This is a very nice salon with lovely people.
My hair colorist was samantha . and I just moved from maryland . So I was searching so hard new hairdresser for me . because I am such a picky when it comes to my hair style. I saw her hair work in instagram . So i decide to go try even if i live 45miles from vincent salon . and It was totally worth it. She is so professional and listen client needs. she did foil work (balayage) for my hair more lighter . First try was still great and i love it but she ask my opinion if i want more asher . even after she already did my blow dry so perfectly . but i wanted to try more asher . so I tried one more toning . and it comes out so nice . she said she want to see I walk out salon happy . she is talented and such a sweet heart at the same time :) thank you samantha !!!
I could not be happier with my experience at Vincent Palumbo! I live an hour away and it was absolutely worth the drive. I had my hair highlighted (blonde) by Bried and cut by Erica and it came out better than I ever imagined. Bried knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve that look. I have long, extremely thick hair, and she took her time and even moved my hair cut appointment back to do such an incredibly thorough job (most places I've been to would have rushed through it). Erica listened to every word I described before my cut (remove the bulk, one length, long layers, movement) and took her time to create the most beautiful layers. I have never been so in love with a cut. I'll never get my hair colored or cut anywhere else!
