Abby is my stylist and I always look forward to seeing her. She does an excellent job on my hair.
If I could give this salon negative stars I would. I'm going to start by letting you know I went to hair school and know above the avg info about hair. I went for a blow out. No cut or color. I explained I wanted my hair blown out with natural looking curls or barrel curls (I have curly hair). I even showed her pictures off my phone of exactly what I wanted. This can be achieved w a round brush, a thick (over 1 in iron) or rollers. It's simple. My hairdresser, in addition to having horrible hair, was completely inept (abbey according to their website a senior stylist). After having to explain how to do this, didn't listen or even attempt to try again. Ironically, The salon was empty (should have been my first sign). She totally overacted and refused to do what I asked. She suggested that another \master\ stylist (Gina) do her work. She wasn't doing anything. This stylist ( another from hair school for rejects) didn't understand what I wanted either and didn't complete the job. Not only is that unacceptable, it's totally inexcusable that a salon that charges 70 for a blow out can't give a proper blow out. It's literally the first thing a hairdresser learns to do. Never going back. There are so many awesome salons in the area that charge half the price for double the results. Can't believe this place is in business. It won't be for long with this type of attitude and lack of service.
A very laid back but professional atmosphere. Im pretty fussy about my hair but I never have a complaint and I've seen a couple of different stylists.
Kate did my wedding hair and I loved it- she's a true professional! They also gave my bridesmaids a nice little spread of bagels and mimosas ;) Very nice of them!
