It was my first time doing a waxing and sugaring treatment at the spa. The staff are professional and so welcoming! Will be back to see the friendly faces for my monthly treatments. Well done ladies! You guys ended my tiring week pleasantly.

Booked on two previous occasions, was double booked on one occasion and made to wait another 40 minutes on another. Guess 3 times the charm right? Made a 2pm appointment today. ...it's 2.49pm and still waiting. If u want prompt efficient service, please give this place a skip.

This place charges a higher price for all treatments on Weekends. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website, flyers or on the phone when making a booking but only told to you upon arrival. Would not recommend to anyone!

Complete waste of money and time. What's been advertised is not what's been offered. I love trying new places and definitely will not recommend this place. My mum actually said it felt like a hospital room. Unfortunately this is where she spent 2 to 3 hours of her birthday.

This was my second visit at the Taj spa, I phoned to make an appointment, when I got there I was told that the therapist did not book me and I had to wait 20minutes. When I finally got my appointment the therapist was using such hard pressure when massaging, I even told her that it's too hard but she was continuing with the same pressure, it's a day later and I'm still feeling sore in some areas. I would not go back there
