We've used Zark many times for airport trips, for birthday wine tours, for birthday parties, and for girl's nights out over the past 10 years! From the back office to the driver, they are nothing but courtesy, professional, and accommodating. We've even been upgraded a few times to a better car on some of our trips, which was a nice surprise! :) I've only ever encountered one other limo company in the area and Zark runs (drives ;) ) circles around them!

We used Zark Limo for their airport services for the first time as the service we usually used went out of business. The owner of the company picked us up for our early flight, and was there 15 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. He was super nice and accomodating, never felt rushed. When I flew back (I came back a day earlier than the rest of my party), I received a text from the driver, David, letting me know he was there and his location. He met me at the escalator and grabbed my luggage off the carousel for me. Such a great driver and I felt super safe as a female traveling by herself. Where they dropped the ball was with the rest of my party. They had to alter their trip due to a flight change. My sister emailed the company July 9th the changes. Zark never updated their records, therefore not being at the gate to pickup the rest of my party. They ended up ordering a Lyft to take them home. I suppose you can say that I would recommend this company if you don't have to make any changes to your reservation after initial booking.
So far the pricing is great and the customer service is great. Now that my service is booked I will be updating with an overall review after that.
These guys are good.Always 1/2 Hour early but no problem waiting and always on time with pick up. Courteous drivers that are always willing to help with luggage to and from. Great Service
This is the second year we have used them for a family trip for airport transportation. They have never been a minute late, the shuttle is very clean and the drivers are great!
