So Kristin was upset how I spoken to the girls behind the counter who shuffled me around to one another then the pharmacist said its not there fault yet on the 31st they sent me a rent stating it was ready...hey Kristin maybe mind your own business...dont worry about what others are doing, they have to learn to do the job. Worst place to get anything...should close this location

The pharmacy has excellent customer service on the phone and in-person! Quick turnaround time for prescriptions and very, very, helpful! The overall store looks clean and well stocked.
This CVS pharmacy staff is the most incompetent and unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with.. I called 3 days ago for 2 prescriptions for my dog and I call today for pick up and there is nothing there on file .. meanwhile both meds are currently running out of stock in multiple places .. they are absolutely HORRIBLE ...
The store is fine but the pharmacy has to be the worst cvs in all of bergen county. I have never had an experience, so drop off, pick up, etc. last less than 5 minutes. To pick up a filled script it typically takes 5-10 min and if you go through the drive through it will be at least 10
CVS as a business is no longer military family friendly! After doing business with them for over 20 years they canceled their agreements with Tricare and Express scripts! And when my wife was looking for a flu shot they told her to go somewhere else or the VA hospital ! Is this how you support career military families. Well I can assure you I will never purchase another product from this organization. And I will probably spend the rest of my life telling. Family and Friends to stay away and never support this business.
