This was by far the worst shopping experience EVER!!! I took my daughter to choose a pair of diamond earrings for her 30th birthday and was met with an unsafe and hostile environment. Not only was no one in the store (staff or customer) wearing a mask, when I requested that they put one on, I was told to leave if I felt uncomfortable. \I own this store. We are all healthy here. No masks are required\ is exactly what I was told in the nastiest tone I have ever encountered. I advise everyone to stay away from this ignorant and selfish shop.

My family has been using LaViano Jewelers for decades. My father met Bob through a mutual friend many years ago, and I always looked forward to accompanying him to pick out mom’s gift every year. It was a wonderful tradition for us. Now, my son and I do the same thing. I am always treated with the utmost respect, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Trudy has been an amazing resource for me when I don’t know exactly what to get. Always very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The same is true for Jeff. Be very wary of the (very few) negative reviews, as it seems like these folks stopped in one time and didn’t feel like they got what they were entitled to. I can tell you first hand coming from years of experience with them, they are wonderful. Thanks for the memories guys, keep up the great work!

This was the second jewelry store we went to and it wasn't the same quality or prices as the 1st. The gentleman that we were dealing with had a very blah attitude and we didn't feel as welcome. The same earnings we looked at here were 1250 for no apparent reason, same cut, clarity and color, just more money.

Awesome selection of wristwatch brands (Breitling, Patek, Grand Seiko, Tag Heuer, just to name a few) and the staff are very knowledgeable about their stock. I had to order a bracelet for my breitling and did so through LaViano Jewelers- extremely quick turnaround, very responsive staff, and they sized it for my with no issues. I'll be in the market for a Grand Seiko this year, and I feel good about returning to this place to purchase it through them.
