Refused service for minor alterations and told me to go “somewhere closer to where I live.” I’ve gone to her before and was happy with the work that was done, but not her poor attitude. Will never go back. Very poor customer service.

Susan Perrone is wonderful! I met with her at least 4 times to make sure every aspect of my dress was perfect. She always took me on time and made my dress fit perfectly for my wedding day. She absolutely takes the time and has the expertise to work with all types of fabrics. Susan Perrone will make your wedding dress truly yours and make you feel comfortable and fantastic in your dress. I would absolutely recommend Susan Perrone.
Susan restored and altered my 37 year old wedding dress for my daughter's ceremony dress. I could not have been more pleased with her expert eye and excellent craftsmanship. The bottom line is my daughter was thrilled and the experience was a happy memory for all.
Where do I start? I was having the absolute worst experience with my previous seamstress with my wedding gown. A week before I had to leave for my destination wedding, I called Susan in a panic. My wedding gown had literally been butchered. I had one week to find someone that could make me feel like a bride in my dress again. Susan, even though she was already spread thin with work, rearranged her schedule to help me. She repaired my dress, and it needed a lot of repairing. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I could wear my bridal gown. She is definitely an expert. She has all of the experience and schooling necessary to provide outstanding quality service and work. A million thank you's to Susan and her team. I am not sure what I would have done without you.
Very skilled and talented alterations shop. Susan Perrone did extensive alterations to my Justin Alexander gown and made it a custom gown to my liking. I won't go anywhere else for my dress alterations. Thank you Susan!!!
