The customer service is not supportive and solution-oriented at all... They promised the replacement of a broken spare part due to quality issues then soon after they rejected to send it...now I have a broken furniture and gotta find out how to fix it without the original parts...

Bought a table via a dealer of Zuiver. 2 times in a row the table was bad with weird light spots on the metalframe of the table top (Note: spots are not removable with water and soap). We asked for a partly refund from the seller because we did not believe we would get a good tabletop from Zuiver. You would hope that they check products on large flaws and whatsoever. I always thought Zuiver was a great company. I also worked with them through a job at a furniture store. But I never expected this. Sidenote: after contact never heard from them again. I did not want any money but just some explanation on how this can happen like it did twice..

Mooie meubels maar kwaliteit staat absoluut niet in verhouding met de prijs. Vrij duur dressoir aangeschaft en de verflaag laat al los binnen twee jaar. Mijn klacht werd niet serieus genomen en afgedaan alsof het mijn eigen schuld was. Ook de kleurstift die beloofd was is nooit opgestuurd.. kortom ik ben enorm teleurgesteld in dit merk. Had meer verwacht en al helemaal een betere klantenservice.
