Never stayed in the hotel but personally can never say that I have stayed in a bad Wyndham I love them too Now the lil sandwich place under the hotel is awesome such a good place to go

Really amazing stay here... Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and setup nicely. Affordable rates to stay here. Will definitely visit again...!!!
Made a booking in our price range. I'm a single dad travelling for Thanksgiving. We had some misfortune on this trip which left us a bit low on funds. Arrived in Wetaskiwin and went in an paid for my room. Only to be told 4 hours later that we required a deposit. We were told no exception can be made as it is policy. Now we have nowhere els to go. In freezing cold on Thanksgiving as all the other hotels in our price range are booked. I understand running a business. But its Thanksgiving and kids are involved. I certainly hope they are happy with their business practices. I will not be returning. Ever. Not that it will matter to them
Amazing Experience!!! Room was elegant and cleaned; the bed was comfortable. Qualified staff offering friendly and helpful service. Breakfast was fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend it.
I was evicted because I had guest in my room that was not registered at the front desk. I have checked into rooms that did not have coffee cups. Did not have a backup roll of toilet paper. Did not have back up box of tissues. That is my opinion.
When I first got there, there was pee all over the seat, so I grabbed a cloth they provided in the room already, which had yellow stains on it and used that, I cleaned it as best I could. Then the tv wasn’t working so I called to get help and they said someone was coming, no one came, then upon checking out I strip the bed sheets to help them out, just how I was raised. I stripped them down to the bed covers to reveal urine stains and blood stains all over both beds, when I brought this all to the lady’s attention she Made a call to someone, processed to start laughing and giggling, hung up and said there was nothing they could do... I had to pay full price and that was it. I do not recommend this as a place to stay because they don’t care when you bring concerns up with them and don’t follow through with their word. As a side note I left the sign on the door so they wouldn’t come in my room when my kids and I left and they went in anyway, and a lot of the staff and the neighbouring businesses reside in the hotel at night and they were up laughing and going on all night, so my kids and I struggled to sleep.... not a good experience.
Room was clean, staff were friendly. But the bedding was washed with extreme scented laundry soap and my allergies really took over.
Loved my stay here. staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Dynamite location.Had a very good experience and Would definitely stay here again.
