I've used Craggs in Wetherby for years - the gentleman who used to work there and has I think retired was outstanding and I was always really pleased with the results. The person who's been there a few years now is also really pleasant. Craggs is able to carry out more than re-heeling and re-soling as I was delighted with the results when I asked for some expensive knee high boots to be taken in along the length as they were rather wide. This was about a year or so ago and I thought the price was reasonable for the high workmanship. In fact these were sent to the branch at King Lane for the work and I collected them from there as I used to work nearby but it's a great service and the King Lane branch will return work to Wetherby for collection too. The boots still look great. I've had bags and all types of items repaired always to my complete satisfaction.

A pair of boots I loved needed reheeling and new soles. They were so worn down, I didn't think they could be salvaged. But Craggs did an excellent job and they are like new. So pleased with the result at a very reasonable price. Friendly service too.

Cannot recommend these highly enough, called them at 9 am and picked up 2 engraved trophies at 10:45 and saved my bacon. Lovely helpful staff thank you.
Sent these guys some vintage red wings to get resoled. I was a little hesitant to start as, 1:it's half the price of the red wing licenced cobbler, 2: the turn around for the resole is 5 days compared to red wings 4-6 weeks. And 3: its the 1st pair I've had resoled. But what can I say, customer service was outstanding, it took 9 days from me posting them up and to the return And the quality of work is outstanding! Yes I can't Compare to the \official\ red wing cobbler, but this is a GOOD JOB they have made here! A fully satisfied customer! I have another pair of red wing to get resoled soon and I will be sending them up again to this guys with no hesitation!!! Thanks again!
