I had a great experience at Baschnagel auto, where I bought a used car. The dealer (Mr. G. Calati) was very attentive and answered our questions. He also made sure that we understood some of the features of the car and taught us how to use them, supervising us while we were driving. I recommend Baschnagel Auto without hesitation. You can trust them 100%.

I was on the way from northern italy to northern france and suddenly my car had a problem, i was near wittingen. They found the problem and they fixed my car in 30 minutes, thanks a lot!
Our car broke down while we where on our way to Italy. Baschnagel took care of us, fixed our car and saved our holiday. Good service and quality mechanics.
I was very happy when I bought my Audi there, but that was the end of good cooperation, unfortunately. The sales team seems not to be interested in selling. Shame.
Unfriendly and snobbish clerks. They judge you by the looks. Not a good way to make many with upper class cars. There are plenty of other car dealers.
Ich hatte einen platten Reifen. Über Totalmobil wurde der Pannendienst organisiert. Im Einsatz stand Daniel Martins. Er hat grossartige Arbeit geleistet, auch spät abends noch. Ich kann seine Arbeit und seinen Einsatz für die Kunden nur loben und danke ihm und Totalmobil sowie der Baschnagel Garage für die professionelle Arbeit.

Ich war schon ein paar mal im Baschnagel Wettingen und wurde meistens gut bedient. Heute habe ich beim Empfang gewartet, als Herr Calatti vom Verkauf, mit Café nach draussen ging, obwohl er mich ja gesehen hat. Er hat mich nicht gegrüsst und nicht beachtet. Ich habe sonst keine weitere Person im Geschäft gesehen. Ich habe dann der Zentrale angerufen und sie konnten niemanden auffinden. Ich finde der Kundenservice war heute wirklich sehr schlecht (unbrauchbar) und ich frage mich wirklich, ob das auf meine Hautfarbe zurück zu führen ist?! Da ich sonst nicht verstehen kann, warum ich nicht bedient wurde. Es hatte sonst keine anderen Kunden in Geschäft. Ich habe ein Schock bekommen als ich erfahren habe das er doch da arbeitet mit Café und Zigarette vor seinem \Kundschaft\. P. S. : Ich kenne von Baschnagel eine andere und viel bessere Niveau.
