I've tried ordering here a few times. I will never do it again. They never have food ready for you to order. They always say they're out of things. I find it weird that they can't bake and flavor pretzels for customers when they're out of something.

I've noticed that the every time I've brought my kids here, that the staff seems "fake friendly." Basically forced to act friendly and it shows, but that's life and I can live with that...But today I noticed a walkie talkie radio placed right on the prep station. See picture. God knows where else that radio has been put down before it finally made it to the prep station. No regard for the spreading of germs. I will never bring my kids here again.
I had to revise my review from a 5 to a 1 today. Stood at the counter for a good 2 minutes while the employee stood and played on her phone. She was so surprised to see me. This place needs to implement a no phone policy.

Great tasting pretzel bite today. Well two bites really. Figured I'd see if they offer a sample and to my surprise, yes surprise, it was granted by to two men working today, soft to bite, fresh and the perfect temperature, nice work heating them to perfection. Thanks kidos. Very good sales technique. I will be back on my day of leisure to purchase and try some of the flavorful out of the ordinary pretzels you provide. Checking the options now. See ya later! 7/1/2019 Had the best order of mini hotdog pretzel bites today. So fresh and good and hot like right on!!! Added some salt and dipped in mustard made the perfect snack. I wish I waited to order my drink as a half off special was being offered at the time and from the looks of it, the many different drinks available look really good. It's ok cause I will definitely order them again and can only hope that I am there at the right time. Thanks for the free lovely smells evertime I pass by your shop. Well worth the price. Delicious I tell ya!!! ️N
Wonderful staff, every time I grab any sort of pretzels from here they are always perfectly made. The strawberry\u200b lemonade tends to be more to the tart side than sweet, which you'd think would be too much but it's perfect.
The severces is good and they are good to me win i come see them i don't rember all there but i try to ok you all keep the good work ok thankyou.
