Quite pricey as 7 for a "bad food" snack: that alone would have been two stars. However, there was an incredibly nice employee wearing a wonderful necklace as a contribution to society: her part in general would have buoyed up to 4. But sadly, it is urgent that I give this place 1 star in a way I hate doing it: THAT WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES!!!!

I got HALF a bag! It sure doesn't look like the one advertised in the photo. When I complained, she remarked "10 ounces" and then walked away! They weren't busy ( now I know why). They also didn't have any salt nor was I offered any. I have always gotten a full bag at other Wetzel's.

I love wetzels pretzels but this is ridiculous. Closed four hours early and the time says they are supposed to be open till 9pm. Stay open for the full hours or change your open times.

Asked for an extra cup so our children could share a drink. Categorically "no" was the answer. Really?

This is the worst location ever I always have an issue with them every time I go... the pretzels are alway over cooked and cold, the cashier couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her...I asked her do pizza bites she told me 5 mins I walked around for about 29 came back then she told me 7 more minutes that was only half the complaint

I've never actually been here, but I just wanted to say, Nick Thornton, that was perhaps the greatest anecdote I have ever read. Regardless of whether or not that story was meant to amuse, you created an amalgamation of frustration, hurt, and betrayal all in one paragraph. The intensity was almost palpable, and it goes to show that not every story has a happy ending. That is all.

The cashier refused to honor the free birthday pretzels and said to come back when a manager is here. Wetzel’s P. — Don’t even provise coupons if you do not honor!!
