Not able to call to the store and speak with sombody .They double charge my card for purchase . Worse place ever.They never have full menu.

I came up to the store, hoping to buy something, only to find that the system was down. The lady at the counter said that they couldn't accept cash or card due to the system and didn't bother to put up a closed sign. How am I supposed to pay if they don't accept cash or card? The employee argued that they were open but they couldn't sell
