All employees are kind and helpful. In particular, I want to give a big thank you to Christoph Schulz. He is very knowledgeable and generous with his knowledge. I ordered a bike online with a fantastic discount and some additional parts and accessories. They installed everything (kick-stand, rack, bottle holder and my personal pedals) for me free of charge! Corina is a great communicator; she promptly and kindly let me know about the arrival of my bike. A professional bike shop, empathetic, and just willing to help however they can. Thank you! A

good variety, got two new freestyle scooter wheels & they couldn't install like they usually would because there were some other customers. So, upon asking, they let me do it with their tools. helpful staff. no complaints:)
