I can't say enough good things about this bike shop. My story is long and way too many visits when I would have rather been out riding but they made it a pleasure. I was supposed to have a high-performance rental road bike waiting for me in CH but ended up having to buy a used bike at the Zurich bike market. I thought I'd gotten a great deal but 4 flat tires later and shifters that didn't work on a long ride, I needed the support of a bike shop that had great clothing and equipment along with mechanics in the bike clinic who knew what they were doing. This is exactly what I found in Wetzikon at VP. After my 6th visit in 2 weeks, they handed me my bike and, with a smile, said they hoped they didn't see me again any time soon. Yesterday was my first completed bike ride without any issues though I'd be happy to go back to see this shop and team for any reason.
