Even in these “Covid-19-days” - the service quality was superb! Camera was ordered on Friday 1:00 p.m. and it arrived a day after on Saturday at 8.00 a.m.! Beside the 15min talk on the telephone with Mr. Hartmann himself, I enjoyed every single second of this sales conversation... Grandpa had his camera with him all the time, my dad cannot leave his at home alone and I will uphold the tradition! Looking forward to the 4th generation to come ;)

Leica Store in Wetzlar was a well designed space interior and exterior. They exhibited very nicely with photography, Leica history, Leica cameras. Also they have a nice factory tour program. Open to the public and free of charge and strongly recommended.
Hello Leica's Club Companions ! This camera SN 338.268 with Elmar lens, including wide angle lens, I'd like to know more about his history from anyone collector, please. All I know about it's history, this camera was present at second great war and probably the lens saw nazy actions through jewish concentration camps. Anybody can give me more informations from this serial number, factory year from this camera, and it's history ? I won this precious and rare camera, heritage from my dead uncle who bought from a Tschechien young man... that cames to Brazil to escape from the war around 1949-1950. Fotometer was missed in a exposition fair... I will say thank you everyone - shanah tovah umetukah 5778 !! ...

Nice to see that looks go on everything at the Leica Store, see the sales assistants assisting all the Caucasian customers prior to even acknowledging me as a customer, considering I’ve spent thousands of ’s Maybe looks so go far in this part of Germany. Considering I’m actually waiting to spend over a thousand on a camera. What the hell happened to equality doesn’t seem to exist at the Leica Store HQ in Wetzlar
