The service I received from the Wex Manchester branch was top notch. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and requirements. A special mention to Duncan who did the most. A big Thank you for all your hard work. Definitely recommend. Will purchase again from them.

Went to the store on Thursday to part exchange my Sony A7R III for the Sony A7R IV. Met Jack who promptly and thoroughly inspected the camera. Got an excellent price and new camera. Me happy!, thanks to the friendly and professional staff at Wex and in particular Jack. Cheers, and I had a good birthday by the way!

1 star for the cheapest price for the gimbal I purchased. How I wish I'd bought from Amazon and paid the extra 60 for good after service. I would advise not purchasing from Wex, rather test out in store and buy elsewhere. I cannot comment on the stores as I purchased online. Bought a gimbal and in just over 2 months it developed a couple of faults, not the fault of Wex of course, that rendered it unusable. No replacements with Wex, oh no, off to the repair shop and a quote of 4/5 weeks max. And no, the warranty is not extended to cover the time when you have not got it. Returns were a quick process, and free of course though after 6 months you have to prove the fault was there from the start. Really sticking to the letter of the law. I enquired after 4 weeks and was informed they had no news yet, a week later I contacted them again to be told the distributor had checked it out and it would be on its way back shortly. The distributor had a different story. Spares coming from China weren't expected until the end of September! So the gimbal will have been out of my possession for longer than I owned it, an approximate 14 weeks without my purchase and no extension to the warranty. Wex have not responded to my request for a response, hence the review.

Purchased from Wex onile previously great service this time I visited the Manchester store during the covid-19 social distancing restrictions. The store was safe and well managed by all staff. I was served by Dom who took my exchange items in for inspection he was also kind enough to reserve me a Sony 200 - 600 lens until the following weekend when I could return. I was very happy with the value given for my tradeins. Over all a great experience from Wex both friendly professional many thanks Dom I will return and recommend Wex. Cheers Gary
