Baierl is a good dealership. Wouldn't say fantastic. But if you want an Acura it is a good place that won't try to pull one over on you.

Called to get information on a vehicle we were interested in. We already got approved at another dealership, but they didn’t have what we were looking for. So we decided to call Baierl after looking at their inventory & seeing a vehicle we wanted. Spoke with Jeff, he had his fill out an application online & told us he would call us back within 10-15 minutes. We waited over an hour & decided to call back & it went to his voicemail every time. A lady named Lauren gave us a call & said we would need to put 6,000 down, for a 13,000 car!!?? Meanwhile, we have already been approved at another dealership without having to put money down. We tried calling back to see exactly why it’s so much & no one would answer the phone for us. Not sure if we were racial profiled (we sent pictures of our license on the in-line application) or what is up with this dealership. But they sure as hell won’t be getting any of my business. If you’re looking at buying a car, I’d stay far away from this dealership if you’re part of the minority. They couldn’t even give us a reasoning as to why we would have to put half down on a car when we have a good credit score. I’ve left countless voicemails & not one person called us back. Doesn’t make sense to me at all.
