Visited the store recently. staff members were very knowledgeable ,very helpful and friendly. I was looking to renovate my bathroom and they provided me with all the relevant information. Very pleased with my visit and would definitely recommend Weybridge interiors.

Weybridge Interiors products are good and the staff are knowledgeable about what they sell. The very big problem we had was with their contractor (David Duggan). Whilst he can be quite charming, David let us down time after time, the project was massively delayed and his work is of a very poor standard in places. If Weybridge Interiors recommend David for your project, I'd strongly advise you to ask for someone else.

I would not recommend Weybridge Interiors 2018 (I'm Helen's partner). I think the cut-and-paste responses here speak volumes to the sort of company it has become; sadly I'm not at all surprised to see this. "Weybridge Interiors" and "Weybridge Interiors 2018" were *both* involved in our job which started in August. In fact the vast majority of the job was managed by "Weybridge Interiors 2018". Current ownership was also fully aware of how badly it was going. I take issue with the comment that they were legally unable to assist, the truth is that they were *unwilling* to assist. Thankfully the bathroom is now finished, but it was delivered at significant additional expense with no apology whatsoever from Weybridge Interiors 2018 for their failure to deliver. The tiles might be high-end but the tactics, as evidenced here, are low rent.

I share the view of the previous post and my advice is simple....find an alternative to David Duggan (Herringbone Kitchens and Bathrooms) to perform work in your home. Whilst Weybridge Interiors itself seems to be a decent and reputable company (product is good), their contractor (the aforementioned Duggan) who performs much of the installation work is quite the opposite. Over the course of 3 months (for a job that we were quoted 2-3 weeks for) we were, quite literally, put through hell. Countless missed deadlines, no shows (where we waited at home to let him in), demands for money which wasn't due, poor workmanship, and in the end a semi-complete job....it was simply one of the most stressful experiences we have ever been through. We actually ended up going elsewhere and paying for someone else to finish the project just to bring the whole ordeal to an end.

We would not recommend Weybridge Interiors, based on our recent experience. We wanted to do a simple bathroom update which we were told would take a couple of weeks. Yet it remained unfinished and unusable over 14 weeks later and has left us thousands of pounds out of pocket. We went to Weybridge Interiors as they promised a full service from design to installation. However, the fitter they recommended was David Duggan from Herringbone Kitchens & Bathrooms and we had the same problems others have mentioned - he didn't show up, demanded additional money, and poor quality workmanship as the work was passed onto one of his team - who was not a trained plumber. We tried to work with Weybridge Interiors (John Lawes the owner and Ray & Andrew in the shop) to sort the problems, but in our experience, they have little interest in customer service once you have purchased the products and they have no influence over David. We had added difficulty in that the business was sold during our job - becoming Weybridge Interiors 2018. Initially, the new owner, Patrick Bennett, promised to help us resolve our issues and get the job done but then he changed his tune and washed his hands of us. It seems they don't want satisfied customers and they are not interested in repeat business. Learn from our experience and don't use this business - sadly these Google reviews didn't exist when we were choosing who to use (although the lack of reviews on e.g. Check a Trade and the fact they don't belong to any trade bodies would in future make me more cautious).

Still not finished 2 months after planned end dates. Delivery incomplete and with errors. However the shop is now under new management and they are working to sort the problems caused by previous management.
