Nice staff, good food, but if you ask for extra of any sauce they either put none or dump the whole bottle on it

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and got two microwaved burgers, not grilled fresh! The bun is piping hot the pickles burnt my mouth And the mustard is steaming. The whole thing is soft there is no crunchy ness to any of it.

No friendly service and took 10 min for someone to come to till. No acknowledging customers at all. Took 15 min for my icecream. Staff was grumpy. Not impressed. Plus, only 3 staff.

This is apparently a medium Blizzard with extra cotton candy bits. I can tell you from past experience that it is not. The ice cream should be pink and there should be a much more visible amount of candy bits. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. I will not be back as today when I said something about it to the girl at the window she said I was wrong. I'll go to burger king and 306 creamery instead I guess.
