Good to get taxes done there
They made a simple mistake that ended up costing me 1300. They claim it was a computer error. A YEAR LATER. I noticed you tried to make it right with another customer who rated you 1 star, am I not good enough or do you just know you really messed up with me? Either way thanks for at least half accepting your mistake, by refunding me the cost of your bad service and the interest I had gathered to the point I noticed your mistake.
Horrible Horrible!! Made more then multiple trips there after filing for signings to do with some mix ups ?? plus calculation errors occurred on there end and not little if I could give a quater or less off a star I would
