Abbotsbury, Chesil beach. Pot holes everywhere, but very convenient as 1 min to the board walk to walk up onto the beach, and wow what a great scene. Love it.

Good location, ok prices at 1 for 1 hour, 3 for all day. Car Park was filthy. Also the public toilets were closed due to covid-19 so people have been going in the woods. Cafe was only open to accept cash for parking, not offering take away drinks etc.
Good amount of parking for beach access and cheap too, however, toilets had no social distancing measures in place and no soap, water or hand sanitiser. Large bins near toilets were attracting huge numbers of wasps. On site café had one Cornish Pasty and some drinks. Pathetic.
Used to be 3 all day now new machine in service so 1hr 75p up to 6 for 10 hrs and an over night charge of 8 from 21:00 to 10:00. No longer a cheap car park for those long fishing trips...shame ️ hopefully that money will go to sorting the toilet facilities and filling some pot holes.
What a charming place, good parking and facilities a nice cafe. Excellent boardwalk to the beach, nice angle for youngsters and oldies alike. Well worth a visit 10/10
