The lovely lady who works there is very pleasant and helpful. In stark contrast to (I believe his name is Wayne the so called Manager) who in my experience, lacks intelligence and human decency. He is sadly, a creepy, cowardly, and utterly untrustworthy individual. In addition his personal hygiene is poor.
Really appreciate them when leaving UPS parcels. Such nice people
Went to Taffy's today to pick up my UPS delivery on behalf of my partner . After reviewing the terms and and conditions of being able doing so . I brought my photo ID alongside two utility bills as the UPS website states . Apperently I needed to bring my partners proof of address aswell ... But didn't ask for her ID or anything . Apperently it's what they do at the post office . But taffy herself also told my partner that ' this isn't a post office ' So after going back to ours to collect the proof of my partners address I presented her with the UPS website and read to her what it said but apperently it's not what 'they' told her .I asked her for my parcel so I could leave obviously nothing was getting through to her . They obviously need the training on this issue as I can't be the first. Difficult and frustrating
