HORRIBLE CUMSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY CALLING THIS COMPANY. They are not only rude over the phone but their drivers are rude as well. They pull up to pick up and blast on thier car horn instead of getting out of the car to let the customer know that they are outside for pick up. People pay for a service, this company is not free so they should not feel that they can treat people any way that they want. If I could write this review with no stars i would.
