I don't like that you are assigned a salesperson when you walk in at bob warehouse furniture. I happened not to like my salesperson .he was cold , impersonal, didn't smile. even though you have a mask on people can still tell that you're not smiling. Also because I don't want something that you're showing me don't get an attitude with me. When I told you I don't want leather because leather is cold, do not show me furniture that is made of a very similar material that is also going to be cold. I finally just turned around and left. But you know what that's okay. I already had paperwork filled out from another furniture store. But I had seen something that I liked in Bob's on line. I'm so turned off from the store I doubt I'll ever be back. So I'm just going to go back to my other furniture store which is berks furniture in hackettstown and purchase my furniture there. A little bit of customer service goes a long way.

I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company that allows furniture to be shipped out without proper quality control. Not only have we had problems with our end tables and coffee table quality but now after waiting months for our couches we come to inspect that they neglected to create the leg holes underneath our entire love seat and some on our sofa. The damage in the ripped liner is in multiple spots and just overall quality speaks volumes. It is deeply concerning that we invested so much money into our items for them to arrive in such rough shape. Not to mention the delay due to Covid you would think they would get it right... And not for nothing but two guys came on the delivery yet they didn’t work together to get our furniture into our home...they each carried a couch on their shoulder and man handled it into our home....the couches weren’t even fully protected ... SUPER DISSAPOINTED! I got recommended to use Bob’s and Ed was good to work with but the warehouse and delivery process has been nothing but a headache...

Matt knew all the right answers to all my questions. Working on the higher end of the hospitality industry very rarely do I find an individual that has great customer service. So kudos to Matt - major compliment. As an events manager I want to move quick and efficiently, which Matt did. He also didn’t sell me things that I wasn’t interested in.
