Okay, let’s break down this store into 5 categories that I think are the most important. 1- Customer service - didn’t talk to any of the workers. They were pretty much minding their own business or doing their job. The only one I somewhat spoke to was the cashier, and not much to say about that. I would like to add that the employees were not wearing masks. I do not know if the county does not enforce it, but just a little side note with Covid. 2- Food - overall, the food was decent. I do wish that the BBQ sandwiches had a little more sauce, but overall they were okay. I also bought the Buc-ee’s chips they make, and they were so good. I was a bit worried because I didn't see any salt on them, but they tasted good. 3- Restrooms - the same all around for their restrooms. Always clean! 4- Cleaning - because we know that clean restrooms do not always mean clean stores. The actual store was in good condition; I didn’t see spills on the floor. And there were no random flies around. I would like to say 5 out of 5 beavers. 5- Atmosphere - If I could say or describe it in one word, it would be bland. I really can’t give much on the information in it. It’s was just a place to stop, but it didn’t have the feeling of hey you are here at Buc-ee’s (contrary to the merch they have on display at every aisle you turn) Over all it was not a bad experience but not a amazing worthwhile one.

Wonderful bathrooms; incredible product selection and always stocked with anything you could need. The gas prices are always low. There is plenty of parking spaces, area to stretch your legs or walk your furry friends.

Very good food at the deli. A cool selection of hot sauces. I highly recommend the Sweet & Spicy Ghost Pepper.

This place has the best gas prices I've seen and so many pumping stations that you should never have to worry about waiting for a pump. They're not to mention the clean restrooms, and wide variety of items to buy. This place is so big it could be its own small grocery store. I'm surprised it's not a truck stop. It's just a very big gas station meant to give the very best experience to you and me.

Great store one of the best stops while on the road for gas, ice, & snacks. My problem is the store was chaotic. As far as I could tell everyone had a mask on, customers & employees alike. Having said this, no social distancing was being enforced. It was like an ant pile had been disturbed. The people were everywhere literally bumping into each other. We walked in & right back out. We stopped in the next town. To each their own. If you don't care about social distancing stop by. If you do, I would recommend not stopping here until you feel safe or until proper measures are taken to control their crowd. I do understand it was a Sunday afternoon but this is not how you take care of your customers.
