I was hit by a driver insured by State Farm. The driver was found at fault by the police department. State Farm will only pay 85% of the damages because their clients statement was different from mine. My insurance company is unwilling to go after State Farm to collect the rest of the money. State Farm does this because they can get away with it being a large company. This is a very unethical company.
