I had a great experience at Don Elliot in Wharton from start to finish. The customer service was excellent starting with Diana. She promptly scheduled my appt upon calling. When I entered, Johnny(GM) welcomed me in and got me setup with a great salesperson, Jason. They worked expeditiously as I told them i would not wait more than an hour for an approval. They wasted no time and within a couple hours, I was signing an awesome financing contract with Justin. I definitely recommend their team!!

Teresa is a great Service Manager. She takes pride in the services provided by ensuring her customers leaves the dealership satisfied. However it will cost you a pretty penny if you need repairs.

Service department is horrible. Took truck in for recall. Didn’t wanna cover it because of after market parts that had nothing to do with recall. Recall letter says dealer has to provide loaner vehicle. Refused to give a loaner.
