Helped me out of a bind when autozone in the area wouldn't even answer the phone then hung up on me o Reilly picked up on second ring and I changed my water pump in the parking lot and used some of there tools to do it thank yall for awesome service

Alot of the people working here don't know anything about auto parts
I've been going to this store for years and have usually been satisfied with their service. Sometimes they are a bit busy talking to customers and such which is no problem I am generally a patient person. Yesterday though there were four employees behind the counter with two actually working (one on the phone and one helping another customer). One guy was just shooting the breeze with a friend, and the other person was just standing there looking at the floor and chewing on something. After standing at the counter for a few moments the guy who was looking at the floor started to head to the back so I walked over and got his attention before he could bug out. After asking about the price of an item I paid for the other item I had. I then decided to go back and get a less expensive item. He asked if I wanted my receipt and I told him I would be right back. About 30 seconds later another person entered the store and they immediately went to an employee area to the side of the counter. I found what I needed right away and walked back to the counter. Even though the employee to the side could plainly see me he just kept on associating with his friend and studiously ignored me for about two minutes at which point I just left the part on the counter and walked out. I went across the street to AutoZone and received excellent service. I will be going there exclusively from now on.
