I had a water claim from raw sewage due to a projection pump failure to the bathroom which flooded my basement. Within hours I had a team over to clean up, remove, and start tearing up tiles, dry wall, etc. Multiple times a day I was called to see how the progress was going. They all wanted to be sure I was well taken care of, the standards were met, and to ensure more than anything that I was happy. They were always responsive, literally within minutes I received a call. It has been a pleasure to work with them, beyond any expectations. They make it a point to always be 5 stars and above. I highly recommend them for anyone who uses their services. They made the claim process seem easy as they took every precaution and step to keep me happy.

Matt and his crew were very responsive and accommodating to my needs and schedule especially since I was out of state and could not be on site to provide directions. They were sensitive to my situation and helped us through a difficult situation. They were honest and with their help we were able to recover important papers and some valuables. They even found some valuables we missed and returned them to us. Office staff is equally wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

Service Master responded to a water incident at my home on a Sunday evening. The company owner even responded to the initial assessment at 11pm. The company completed their tasks in efficient manner and timeframe. The company kept me informed throughout the process and on steps moving toward and working with my insurance company for a final resolution. The team manager, Matt, and owner, Bruce, were noth heavily invested in our project from start to completion.

I had a fire in my home . ServiceMaster by Timeless came to my home and took care of everything! They brought in a EXPERT fire estimator who wrote the entire estimate for us . SM then negotiated with the insurance company for us and didn’t charge us any extra money. My wife and i where so relieved. After they settled they claim they completely rebuilt our home and 5 months later we where back home !!!! I thought it was to good to be true but they did it . Thank You !

My family was recently devastated by COVID-19. Within 24 hours I lost my sister and then my mother. I was also dealing with my father who is in the hospital recovering from COVID-19. I found myself in a desperate place having to borrow money to bury both my sister and mother at the same time. The home they were living in was clearly infected by the virus. Everybody in my family including myself were scared to enter the home and we knew we had to have it cleaned before it was safe for any of us to enter it. I contacted two restoration companies to get an idea of what it would cost and the cost was way beyond what I could afford. By chance I contacted ServiceMaster by Timeless in Wharton, NJ and explained my situation to them. They were so compassionate and understanding about my predicament that they actually offered to do the cleaning at NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from them and I broke down and started crying on the phone. I was stunned that complete strangers offered to come and clean my parents home for FREE. I will be forever grateful to this wonderful company. I can't begin to thank Michelle and the entire team at ServiceMaster by Timeless for their act of kindness.
