The food came out relatively quick, however the order was a crispy chicken sandwich, honey BBQ popcorn chicken and a medium order of mozzarella sticks and instead I get a large French fry and a chicken strip sandwich with nothing on it. The service was horrible. The lady that first came out handed me my food and then walked off without saying anything and then the man that came out after to fix my order never said a single word to me either. I really hope these problems get fixed soon.

Our order is either wrong, soggy, or cold every time we go. Drinks and Happy Hour is the only thing we go for now. So disappointing. Cold and greasy corndogs, stale mozzarella sticks... and when they say they're writing your name down for a remake, I figure they're scribbling on their hand. Four times now, and they always say \who did you talk to? Your name isn't here...\ Ugh! ***Updated: Changed my 2-star to a 1-star. Hair in my burrito this morning got me a free remake. Not refund offered! Just a free one next time. I can't imagine going again. Gross!
It's rare that I get hot fresh food from this place. They need some pointers from el campos sonic the food there is always hot& fresh!
Usually one of my favorite spots. On my last visit, we sat in the bar. Our server(whose name I cannot remember) commented that I only tipped him 50 because I moved to tip percentage from 20% to 15% when my check came. I only had on drink, I found his response disrespectful & rude. Since, I have been in the service industry for years, I believe in tipping accordingly. Now, I'm questioning my next visit if ever again.
