The worst transport company around. I work at a clinic, they leave their patients here for hours at a time and when we are running late they leave their patients here and tell us to figure it out. For us to just find someone else to come pick up. This is abandonment. This will be reported to the state. I hope no one uses this company. They are out of Wharton and the owners were contacted as well and were rude and did not care one bit about the patient as they told us to figure it out

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! They are the worst transportation service I have ever had to work with. The dispatcher Brittany was so rude and never lets you talk. She hung up on me and my doctors and when we tried calling back, never answered for a good HOUR! When the paramedics FINALLY arrived after calling them for 2 1/2 hours, I asked the paramedics for the phone# of the owner(s), they said "they are not ALLOWED to give that information". I informed them that they need to let the owner know to please give us a call. When the owners (Ashley and Christian) finally called back, Ashley was extremely unprofessional. From the moment my doctor answer the phone, she just started going crazy about "timestamps" and how WE WERE WRONG as opposed to being a professional owner and going through the process of a Root Cause Analysis. Mind you, she was on speaker and was speaking to one of our physicians and 3 other doctors were in the room listening to her ranting on and would not let these physicians speak! When one of my physicians said "that is fine, we will just agree to disagree" she kept on going with her nonsense and just hung up! One of my Vascular Surgeons tried calling her back right after and she did not answer. I guess this is how they do business: 1. Yell and berate you. 2. Wont let you talk 3. Say EVERYONE is wrong except them 4. If you try to even have a word in they will just hang up and wont pick up if you try to call back to resolve an issue with a patient. Clearly business is not their strong suit and Patient Care and Safety is definitely put to the waist side. It is save to say that we, along with all our other facilities and centers owned by our Doctors in Houston will not be working with them moving forward as professionalism and patient experience is our utmost importance and we clearly do not share the same sentiment. This experience has been reported to the BBB and Texas Medical Board of Complaints. Best of luck to this "company".
