It has been 7 years since Acorn installed my steam shower door. It was getting hard to close and open. I contacted them to take a look at it, and adjust where necessary. It took less than ten minutes for the adjustment. Biggest surprise - no charge. Their emphasis is customer satisfaction - Customer 1st, Always. Acorn Glass replaced external windows for us and they also created a custom window inside our loft. With days now only at home, that room has become our catch-all room and it truly would be a more challenging experience without the window. We are grateful multiple times every day! We highly recommend the responsiveness and professionalism of Reece and his team.
Amazing product and fantastic service. We bought a shower door years ago when we first moved into our house and have been using it since. Recently it became dislodged and Reese came over and fixed it at no cost. When it's time for us to replace other glass in the house, especially in a bathroom and kitchen remodel, we will be using Acorn Glass.
