Dr. Mark is the best. I saw him for 4 weeks leading up to a major surgery and have recovered better than anyone, according to my surgeon. Most people take 3-6 weeks off after this kind of surgery and I was back to work in 5 days and back to doing everything - laundry, stairs, carrying stuff, etc. within 10 days (except exercising - just walking for 6 weeks). I love how he combines western and eastern practices to deliver amazing results using all available modalities. He is even in network with some insurance companies which is nice.

Dr. Mark is all about the best natural medicine practices, as a doc of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. More importantly than his qualifications he is a wonderful listener, which truly allows for him to carry-out a customized plan. I especially saw this when it comes to his many qualifications and framework around chronic conditions. He has a pay it forward, and honest attitude so if you are feeling stuck based on other diagnose, touch base with him to get on the right path. Best of all the relaxation treatment can be a wonderful way to get a nap in the middle of the day :)

Never done dry needling before but have heard great things about it - decided to give it a try and am very happy I did. Dr. VanOtterloo explains everything before, during and after the procedure and my initial apprehensions on \being stuck with pins\ were unfounded. Barely felt anything and am enjoying pain relief as well!

I highly recommend Dr. VanOtterloo. He cured my thyroid issue and he discovered I have diabetes and helped me get that under control. He is very thorough, practical, answered my endless questions, and has a pretty good sense of humor when appropriate.
