Kind, caring and wonderful staff that supported us in home hospice for my father. He held on for six weeks, and the staff was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so wonderful.

Lack compassion. My brother Jake went in to Collier/Lutheran hospice on Jan 7th. He was just there for short of 2 days before he passed. My family & I didn't get any attention at all, nurses are cold, I waited two hours one morning to speak with doctor who never came. The social worker and Chaplain never showed up. The morning he died, the nurse didn't show any sympathy , I am not exagerating. This hospice is a very cold place. Unprofessional also.

My Mom was only at Hospice for a few hours before she died but the staff was very kind and I felt that they were very compassionate. They came in quite often to check on her and attentive to making sure she was as comfortable as possible. I was very grateful for their professional care.

The nurses, doctors and staff at Collier (Luthern) Hospice were amazing. During my family's difficult time they were there for my dad and our whole family. My dad was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity. The nurses treated my dad with compassion and their only goal was for him to be comfortable. They went out of their way to make sure my sister and I had a place to sleep in the same room as our dad (warm blankets and pillows too). The went above and beyond in every way possible. Thank you for the care, compassion and respect you gave to our dad and our family!

What an amazing place! The love and care of the living and the dying is extraordinary, respectful, caring. We felt so comforted by the care our loved one received and so supported after she died. Having a social worker at our fingertips helped pave the way for all we needed to do after her passing. Chaplains magically appeared when we needed them the most. Very grateful for Lutheran Hospice!
