The lady who let me in the ER room after hours was so rude. When she asked about my address they had on file, I told her i wasnt sure why they had that address she said "I dont really care" she wasnt friendly at all and for someone who is the first person a sick person sees, she should be ALOT more friendlier and kind. I wont be returning to this hospital ever again.
