Staff never gets back to you, very disorganized setting. Do not recommend

Very disappointing that over a 48 hour period I left 3 voicemails (no option to speak to a live person) trying to make an appointment for a family member and 2 weeks later never received a phone call back. Very disorganized. Will never refer here again.

Highly recommend Dr. Anna Mackender and the team at Summit Clinical. I have always had great experiences with Dr. Mackender and her office staff. The office is clean and comfortable, but above all, Dr. Mackender is the best. She is a warm and attentive doctor who puts her patients first and very clearly cares about them. I'm forever grateful to have found her.

Run dont walk. Unless you like uptight narcissists who are in it for the money.

This clinic is by far the best I've seen in psychiatry. Yes, you may have to wait a little bit, but it's worth it. I was recently in the hospital and they responded by coming to the hospital to see how I was. They have the best and most caring people in this practice.
