Courteous , professional, thorough, I can’t say enough about Mr. Wheeler and his associate we so appreciate you coming and fixing our furnace because at this time of year you do not want to be without heat ,so me and my husband are greatly appreciative of all that you did and we have peace of mind knowing because you didn’t just get the furnace working you made sure it was working properly so thank you and also thank you from Rufus and Roxy they don’t need to stay underneath a blanket all day.

I had a problem with my heating system and Mr.Wheeler came right out and fix it. He said I needed new parts and would call me back. Later that day he gave me my two options to replace some parts or get a new unit. I told him on the phone that I would replace the parts due to the cost of getting a new unit. He was a nice pleasant man. Today his son Zach showed up to do the work which I thought was replacing the parts. I left my boyfriend home with a credit card and I had to go to work. Needless to say Zach put in a new heating system I didn't have the money for that. Then he calls me at work and accuses me of trying to scam him and calls me a liar stating his paperwork says replacement of unit. I got so upset that I called the company almost in tears and told them what was happening at my house while I was at work. After a few phone calls back and forth the women on the phone says I could keep the new unit for the part replacement cost which was very nice of them. But I gave a bad rating because of the son and his attitude towards me with no proof. Make sure you get an estimate in writing from them.

My water heater failed on a home I had just purchased. Wheeler Heating and Cooling was recommended by a friend and they came over a couple hours later. They gave me a few choices to remedy the situation. I chose to install a new water heater. The price was reasonable and two days later we received removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The work was high quality, they were always on time, and they explained everything to me and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Wheeler Heating and Cooling.
