They send out deceptive emails saying you eed\ to update information in their database. As an even coordinator, you try to respond to the request with the correct information. They then mail you an invoice for the \service\ of updating the event information that they requested. I probably wouldn't be so mad, if it was not for the way their emails are written to make it seem like action is _required_ from you, rather than honestly presenting their emails as a _sales_ email.
