Very pleased with the way this office treats their patients! 10/10 I am looking forward to giving birth to my baby with this office. I feel super safe and important! Dr Giem and Dr Tomlinson are phenomenal!

Extremely frustrating! I've been rescheduled 4 times now! Everytime I get an appointment reminder its for a totally different appointment. They told my my lab results came back and I never got a blood drawl... who's results were these??? I just got an ultrasound 3 weeks ago and haven't recieved the results bc they reschedule me so much and haven't called to just let me know if everything's ok... after I've called 3 times and been in the office once. I'm pregnant and I'm stressed where else can i go here? They also rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge I just so happened to call that morning. Good thing so I didn't make the drive and wasted time to be told I didn't have an appointment. Not only but they rescheduled my appointment without talking to me first

Never get response or call back. Even though I explain why I need one, my doctor's sent the info they asked for over on fax. Never got called back the next day and I am going to extreme pain in the girl area

This place is a joke. If I could give them -5 stars I would. I’m not sure what the norm is for Washington doctors, since I’ve only lived within the state for less than a year, but the practices and actions at this facility are less than satisfactory. Here are some experiences I had here: -I had to call them four times for PAP/STD test results -I had an abnormal PAP (yay me) and they wanted to do a Copo. Since the doctor was on vacation...they waited 4 weeks. Can you imagine how my brain was anxious for four weeks? -I filled out a request for my records on 8/2 and it is 8/28 and I still haven’t received them. -No one ever sent me a brochure/explained the Copo procedure to me. -When I went in for the Copo I asked to speak with the doctor prior to the procedure to understand it better and after less than 5 minutes with me she shut her computer and said “okay we’re going to have to do a really quick Copo because I don’t usually talk to my patients.” Needless to say I left this facility and did not get my Copo here. Who would expose themselves to a doctor who just mentioned they would be providing mediocre care? On top of that, I would be risking getting a second Copo because she wasn’t focused on me, but was focused on the clock. After I waited 30 minutes to be seen. If you’re stuck on Whidbey Island like me (yeah it sucks, get out of here ASAP) then I’m sure you’re saying “well this is the only women’s clinic.” Who cares! Find another one. Find one who genuinely cares about your well being and drive an extra hour out of the way. I will never be going back to this facility and I’m glad I found out when I did.

I must say this place is amazing!!! Expecially the people in it...i was a first time mom and remember walking in there so nervous and scared of what to expect and instanstly the staff there made my experience so comfortable!!! I wanna give a special shout out to (MORGHAN MILAGROSA), melissa chinn, alicia darr, and of course my favorite nurse (SARAH RENEE) you guys are great thank you all for making sure i had a healthy pregnancy and more important making sure i gave birth to the healthiest baby girl!!! I highly recommend this place to all you ladies out there these ladies dont just treat you as there patient but as their friend and i think thats what i love about this place most of all!!! I had such an amazing experience here im willing to drive an hour for each visit for my second baby thats on the way because i know they will do what ever it takes to make sure my experience was as amazing as my last!!! \u003c3
