The apartments in the senior and disabled building (a one story building) are each unique, no two the same. The building has had some major settling due to it having been swamp land at one point in time. Unfortunately, the repairs needed for these issues have been slow in coming. In my apartment, the sliding glass door had a gap of up to 1/3rd inch. That's huge! While I was told that it would be replaced right away upon move in, it took 7 years. My power bill was cut by 1/3rd when it was finally replaced. I must also say that the landscaping is not well kept at all. Now, all that being said, it's a great community and there are many stronger reasons to keep it here than not!
