Interesting take on this restaurant with a pub feel with an exquisite upscale dining menu. This fun feel eatery is a must visit. My only Critique would be regarding the amazing charcuterie boards. Although available as a cheese or meat only option only it would be nice to see a third shareable options including both Meat & Cheese.

Great relaxed atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staff, fabulous real ale and cider, topped off with really DELICIOUS food - nothing like 'all the usual ', and at very reasonable prices. Discovered The Brickworks 5 days into our two week holiday ... and ate there three times in all. All the tables are 'high' bar type, plenty of tables for 2, booths for 4, and longer tables for groups ... And ... They take reservations. Would give more than 5 stars if that was possible. Fabulous ... Thank You Brickworks.

Always loved this place. Biggest fan. The place has gone downhill. Food isn't what it was, and the service has gone with it....Don't waste your time.

Great service, good pub food, and the 9.95 for 2oz top shelves gin, is such a great deal. I will come over and over. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an early dinner on the patio. Service was great and so was the food. Also helped that it was a sunny day. I also think they're doing a real good job of keeping things clean and separating tables apart to keep everyone safe.

I’ve never had anything but a great experience here. I was never really a gin drinker, however that changed after trying many of the gins on Brickworks’ menu, my favourite being their winter gin. The service is always fantastic (big shoutout to Nick and Meg), and the food, which I never used to enjoy, seems to have changed recently, and the menu is delicious. The polenta bites are a must try.

We were in whistler March 25th to 28th. We were staying at Delta hotel & this restaurant pub is on main floor in 2nd building.Me & my wife went here & there was long wait but finally they gave us table. Whole staff were amazing they were so nice & food was sooooo good. So whenever we are going back to Whistler we will go here again. We strongly recommend these guys you must check it out.

The service was pretty good but the food not so great. The burger was dry and the bun a bit stale. Not horrible, but not great for the price. My wife had the battered and deep fried soft shell crab and she thought it tasted a bit old. Sure, you could ask why we were ordering fish in a mountain town, and you would have a good point. Live and learn, I guess. The draught beer and cider was good. I'd say great spot for drinks, but maybe go elsewhere for a meal.
