We love the idea of the water system but have had nothing but trouble with it. As soon as the filters needed changing our system has never worked right again. We had mike in to fix it for us and even he had trouble. The new filters were making our pipes vibrate. Mike brought his filters in from his house. He had different filters they seem to work good. We recently had to change them up again and the system stopped working again. I realized they sold me the wrong filter. I took it back to the store but they would not exchange it for the proper ones. BUYER BEWARE THIS STORE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Very poor customer service. We took the whole system out. They just lost our business
