No one working in sales or customer service. Made online request for pricing and got auto response stating average response is 24-48 hours. No response so requested 3-4 more times over 7 days only to get a response 8 days later that I'd have to call one of their distributors for pricing. It shouldn't take 8 days to tell someone to go elsewhere and "yes" you should go elsewhere. As for the product, it's irrelevant when the service is this bad.
