Only been here once and my burrito was OK. service was good. They sell a wide variety of Mexican food. Located in thee Brooklin Centre. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.
Arrived to have 5 customers in front of me. Took 45 minutes to get my burrito. Would have been longer but one customer got smart and left. Burrito was great tasting but the wait was horrendous. I watched a Skip the Dishes driver get frustrated when the order they went to pick up got cancelled because the order took so long. So that driver lost their pay. Quality was good but not worth the wait. Oh and how can a burrito place run out of sour cream for the burrito?
This restaurant is my preferred one. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The stuff is very amicable and the cuisine they serve is so good. I never decline to have a nice meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I came here last night for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I had a lovely young brunette female employee who helped me and made my experience wonderful. Excellent customer service from her and a great meal. Definitely will come again!
I like getting food at this restaurant and when it first opened it was my go to place. At least 2-3 times a month the family would get food there. I have found now the standards have slipped a lot. They are often running out of things from toppings to the bowls to drinks. I am not sure what is up with this maybe it is due to covid hitting the business. But it is also costing them money not keeping up to there old level. I only go there now once every 2 months to see if it has gotten better yet.
Looks like new staff...my burrito bowl was half empty and the kids burrito was only enough for my 5 pound dog...cheeping out or not training staff properly?
If you are looking for something to eat this is the place, specially during this covid19 pandemic. Contrary to other places, they have good guidelines to serve you and treat you better. You can't be disappointed with their service and food. Their staffs know how to make it easy if you are new to Mexican foods. I have so much to say about them but I won't be able to mention everything cause I was blown away. All I can say is "ITS THE PLACE TO BE ", RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYBODY YOU KNOW
