I recently switched my auto insurance to Bowman and Gibson. I am overly impressed with Michelle Roberts, an insurance broker that works there. What I love about this company is that you don't get passed along to different people. Throughout the whole process, Michelle made me feel like I was her only client and I have to say, I have never had such great customer service from a company before. Not only is she saving me HUNDREDS of dollars per year, she brought my office donuts (TWICE). I can't wait to hear people complain about how much they pay for insurance so that I can recommend them to Michelle!!!!
Ive known drivers with multiple dui charges and tickets pay less than half of the quote i was given, for a stupid little fender bender 5 years 6 months ago.
Horrible Insurance Brokers, may as well deal directly with the insurance company and skip the middleman as they are pretty useless anyways. Alternatively find a broker who will actually work for you and not just act as a middleman collecting commission.
