From the excellent service and sharing of expertise in the showroom, to install, we were extremely satisfied with Brock Window & Doors. Every single person we dealt with was fantastic. We feel,we received very good value for our new front door. We are thrilled with the final product. This was the first time we dealt with Brock and we would certainly use them again.

Also the crew who worked on replacement were very polite and I did not have to do much cleaning when they were finished. I would recommend Brock to anyone needing windows.

Brock windows and doors installed a custom made patio door for me a short while ago. I dealt with Steve Morgan on establishing pricing and installation which was difficult, to say the least, in the midst of a pandemic. Steve was great to deal with and fully explained everything thru every step of the process. The installer, Collin Ropson, was great. He was very meticulous, tidy and very open to our ideas. We are extremely pleased with the new door and I highly recommend Brock Windows and Doors.

From our initial quote/consultations to showroom tour to the actual installation/completion of the project we were more than satisfied with the communication, professionalism and support by all staff. I usually don’t write any reviews, but this is for anyone who is researching to get doors/windows fixed: More than 48 hours have passed, no one has followed up the appointment yesterday. The sales person had a brochure, he did not even let me have a look at it. Was in such a hurry. He was all prepared to loose my business and finally did- decided to take my business worth 5k elsewhere. Very poor customer service & follow up. Had high expectations, was let down. Also, if you’re reading this, take time & read all the one star reviews on here- you’ll observe a pattern. Wish I had observed this, before even booking a consultation.
